Welcome to Wedge Range: Golf Bar & Social Club! For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, please adhere to the following rules:

1. Bay Occupancy: A maximum of four (4) people are permitted per bay to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.
2. Stay Behind the Line: All spectators must stay behind the designated safety line whilst a player is hitting from the tee mat.
3. One Hitter at a Time: To prevent accidents, only one person should hit from the bay at any given moment.
4. Do Not Retrieve Balls: Please refrain from collecting golf balls from the ramp. Please inform your Bay Captain should you require assistance.
5. Children’s Supervision: Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times within the venue.
6. Be Aware of Your Surroundings: Always be mindful of your surroundings to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for everyone.
7. No Smoking: Please do not smoke cigarettes inside the venue. Smoking is only permitted within the designated smoking areas.

Flagstick Ventures Sdn Bhd (“FV”)

Acknowledgement & Waiver by persons who may enter Wedge (“Premises”)

​Each person who enters the Premises for any purpose whatsoever acknowledges that they do so at their own sole and exclusive risk. FV makes no, and excludes all, representations or warranties in respect of the Premises and matters incidentals thereto (including but not limited to the fitness, safety or quality of the Premises or any equipment or facilities or the health, safety and security of any person or their property).

​FV and the FV Parties (as hereinafter defined) shall not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, penalties, fines, taxes, judgements, liabilities and other claims (collectively “Claims”) that may be suffered or incurred by or claimed against any person who may enter the Premises, whether or not such Claims are attributable to any act or omission on the part of FV or any of the FV Parties and whether such Claims arise under contract, tort or otherwise. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, FV and the FV Parties shall not be liable for any personal injury, death or damage to or loss or theft of any property (including but not limited to any golfing equipment, mobile phones, identity documents, jewellery or cash). “FV Parties” means FV’s shareholders, directors, employees, officers, contractors, suppliers, landlords, tenants, agents, licensees, representatives and other third parties who may be under the control or supervision of FV or exercise control or supervision over FV or the Premises.

Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions, FV’s and the FV Parties’ maximum liability per person for any Claims under contract, tort or otherwise which are suffered or incurred by or claimed against such person and may be attributable to any act or omission by FV and/or any of the FV Parties shall not exceed the sum of the local equivalent of US$100 (One Hundred US Dollars) only regardless of the number of visits, entries, events or incidents which may give rise to any Claims.

Each person who enters the Premises shall indemnify FV and the FV Parties against all Claims suffered or incurred by or made against FV and the FV Parties if and to the extent that such Claims are attributable to any act or omission on the part of such person which amounts to: (a) a breach of this Acknowledgement & Waiver, any contract or law; or (b) any, tort, fraud or wilful misconduct.

Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions, each person (“Arranging Person”) who is making or has made a booking, appointment or any other arrangement on behalf of other persons in connection with the entry into or any activity on the Premises represents and warrants to FV that such other persons have been informed of and read and understood, and agree to, the provisions of this Acknowledgement & Waiver.

Wedge Membership Terms and Conditions

General Membership Terms

These Terms and Conditions relate to the membership program for Wedge Range, Petaling Jaya.  Billing occurs on the day of the original contract purchase. By purchasing any membership, you consent to your credit card or other payment method being charged on an automatic, recurring basis in the amount of the applicable membership fee. All swing bay rentals must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. All members must sign a liability waiver before participating. If any part of this membership agreement is deemed by a court to be unenforceable, that part will be severed from the agreement and the remainder of the agreement will continue in full force and effect. You and Wedge agree that you may bring or participate in claims against Wedge only in your respective individual capacity, and not as a claimant or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. Notwithstanding any other clause contained herein, any claim that all or part of this Class Action Waiver is unenforceable, unconscionable, void or voidable may be determined only by a court of competent jurisdiction and not by an arbitrator. Terms and conditions of the membership agreement are subject to change at any time.

Birdie Membership Additional Terms

• Your credit card or other payment method will be charged automatically every month unless you cancel. You may cancel the Birdie Membership at any time. 
• If a member cancels after the next month’s payment has been collected, they will be able to use the membership benefits for the rest of the current month, and no additional charges will be incurred for the following month.

Eagle 6-Month Membership – Additional Terms 

If you commit to a 6-month membership and pay upfront, you will be entitled to one additional free month, effectively getting 7 months for the price of 6 months. You may not cancel your membership, pause your membership, or receive any refunds of the membership fee during the 7 months of your membership. At the end of the initial 7 month term of your membership, your credit card or other payment method will be charged automatically every month in the amount of the Birdie Membership fee until you cancel. 

Wedge Management reserved the rights to any future amendments in this T&Cs without any prior notice.
